Cancellation & Group Booking Policy:

At Skin Shaman, we value mutual respect and understand the importance of each other’s time.

• Individual Appointments: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a charge of 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

• Group Bookings: Group reservations involving multiple services require significant administrative coordination to ensure a seamless experience. A nonrefundable deposit of $50 per person is required at the time of booking to secure the appointments. If the group needs to reschedule, the deposit can be applied toward a future group booking, provided the rescheduling occurs more than 72 hours in advance.
