Microcurrent Success Tip Sheet

 

For Face:

  • Drink ½ your body weight in water daily with supplemental electrolytes. Microcurrent requires hydrated cells in order to work properly!

  • Take an Omega 3 supplement (I like sfh.com Omega 3 + D)

  • Eat a diet rich in good fats (avocados, olive oil, wild caught salmon, nuts)

  • Cut or reduce sugars and alcohol from your diet

  • Sleep on your back (to avoid pressure wrinkles in your face)

  • Sleep at least 8 hours each night

  • Attend scheduled appointments every 3 to 5 weeks after your initially agreed upon series.

  • Refrain from talking when I am working on lower face area



For Body:

  • Drink at least 32 ounces of water before treatment finishing last glass 30 minutes prior to treatment

  • Please do not apply any lotion on areas to be treated

  • Avoid eating for 1 hour prior to treatment

  • Wear comfortable clothing like yoga pants and sports bra to treatment

  • Drink 32 ounces of water within first 2 hours of treatment

  • Avoid eating for 2 hours after treatment

  • AVOID all alcohol – it STOPS the detox process and hinders weight loss

  • Start or continue regular exercise

  • Drink ½ your body weight in ounces of water every day

  • Schedule twice-weekly treatment appointments for 6 weeks OR one weekly treatment for 12 weeks
